1. About the scoop game content:

The scoop products' list includes over 60 categories of home goods and stationeries. Product names are showed on the sign. Every order's items are randomly scooped from the bowl with the spoon. Every beads represent different products. 

2. Free Luggage Promotion 

The best deal is the 4 scoops, you will get an extra 20inch luggage and you can choose the design of the luggage too. And 5 scoops will get a 20inch big luggage and a 14inch small luggage (then it's a set). We already covered the shipping fee for most areas' clients.

3. Others about order

Beside the luggage, there's also different quantity gifts for different orders. Clients can choose the theme/characters of the order, we will try our best to take your fav characters' products. If the order is placed in live, we will show the scoop process in live so you can see what you get quickly. If the order is placed not in live time, clients can choose to do order in the nearest live or choose to see from a tiktok video which is free too. 

4. About Shipping

Ship by air usually takes 7 to 14 days, by sea usually takes 25 to 35 days. If meet customs inspection, which will hold the packages for weeks or months, we can only wait for that. Hope you can understand. And we will corporate with reliable shipping agent to ship packages for us. If the packages are missing or not delivered within three months, we will operate a full refund for clients. 

a. For US mainland clients 

The one/two scoops orders can only be shipped by air since sea shipping has minimum weight request. So can't be shipped by the sea. The shipping will take 7 to 15 days. 

For he three/four/five scoops orders, there's both air shipping and sea shipping options provided. Shipping by air will cost more but takes much less time than sea shipping. If clients are in a rush to receive the package, we recommend air shipping. If not in a rush, sea shipping is best deal!

b. For other countries clients

UK, Australian, Asian and most European clients' orders will be shipped by air by default cuz sea shipping is too slow for these areas. If these area's clients order one/two scoops order, will get more gifts. If order three/four/five scoops orders, can use the US sea shipping price to place your order. But some European countries such as Switzerland might need to add shipping fee. 

c. Additional information about air and sea shipping

Every packages will be packed and shipped out as soon as possible. Air shipping packages will fly out soon after shipped. But for sea shipping, it's kind of different, the boat's shipping schedule is every Thursday. The deadline for sea shipping submission is at Tuesday. Therefore, only orders packed by Tuesday can catch the Thursday shipment. So we choose to rest at Tuesday and Wednesday then every order won't wait too long time to sail out.
